The house has a TV, central heating, garden, lounge area, dining table with pergola and barbecue ideal for lunches and dinners and relaxing.
It is 5 km from Ostuni town, where you can find everything 'that you need (bars, restaurants, supermarket, cafes), and 7km from the most' beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Sea.

The costs of water, electricity and gas are included, but there are a cost option if required as linen (20 € per week) and cleaning (30 € per week).
